2009 Astrix Europe Downhill Team

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce our finalized 2009 Astrix Europe downhill race team.

The Havoc R performed flawlessly through 2008 despite been under development. We would like to thank all our 2008 riders for their input. The finished 2009 model will be stiffer, plusher and a tad lighter with a new custom tubeset.

The Team will be competing in 2009 World Cup DH, with the exception of Sam due solely to his age!.

This year we welcome 2 new riders, Ben Ineson and Liam Mason, both well known on the UK circuit and deserving of our full support. Ben Baker enters his 2nd season with us and Sam ‘The Flying Scot’ Flockhart starts his 3rd. We look forward to seeing the lads on track, firing on all 12 cylinders. Astrix Europe will be trackside at most major events providing tech support - though we probably won’t be needed.
